1. The 32-Point Quality Certification

Every device sold on Mavery has successfully passed all 32-Point Expert diagnostic checks covering motherboard integrity, battery health (>83%+ capacity), camera autofocus and optical stabilization, multi-touch responsiveness, speakers, microphones, and wireless connectivity.

2. Warranty Coverage (3 Months)

Unless otherwise specified, all Pristine and Excellent grade pre-owned devices come with 3 months comprehensive Mavery warranty covering internal hardware defects, touch screen digitizer malfunction, and battery power IC issues.

3. First 15 Days Replacement Guarantee

If your device exhibits any unexpected technical fault within 15 days of delivery, Mavery will immediately exchange it for an identical certified replacement or issue a full refund upon verification.

4. Support & Claim Process

To register a warranty claim, simply provide your warranty card and invoice to wecare@mavery.in

MAVERY – WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Original Warranty Card & Box Compulsory: The original MAVERY warranty card and original MAVERY phone box must be presented at the time of every warranty claim. Without both, warranty service will not be provided.
  2. Physical Damage: Any physical damage, including broken display, cracks, dents or accidental damage, will void the warranty.
  3. Water / Liquid Damage: Any water, liquid or moisture damage will automatically void the warranty.
  4. Unauthorized Opening: If the phone is opened, dismantled or tampered with by the customer or any unauthorized person, the warranty will immediately become void.
  5. Outside Repair: Any repair or servicing performed by an outside technician or service centre without MAVERY’s prior written authorization will void the warranty.
  6. Warranty Inspection: All warranty claims are subject to physical inspection and approval by MAVERY’s technical team.
  7. Original IMEI: The phone’s IMEI must match the IMEI recorded on the original invoice and warranty records.

IMPORTANT: Please keep your original warranty card and phone box safely throughout the warranty period.
